Omara Ventures and Diamonds marked its listing on the BSE, with Managing Director outlining plans to establish the jewellery company across every Tier-1 city in India over the next three years. The company said the listing marked a new phase in its journey, with a focus on long-term value creation, responsible growth and stronger customer relationships.

Addressing shareholders, the Managing Director said the company had grown from an idea into a jewellery business built around trust, quality and creativity. He said the journey had involved challenges and uncertainties, but the company remained focused on its vision.

He expressed gratitude to the BSE for listing the company and acknowledged the support of Wealthmine Networks Limited, Amarchand Bankers, Mehen Associates, Chartered Accountants, and R.K. Khurana and his team during the IPO process.

The Managing Director also thanked shareholders and investors for placing their confidence in Omara. He said the company would protect their trust, respect their capital, maintain transparency, uphold governance standards and allocate capital responsibly.

He said Omara’s objective was not limited to short-term financial performance but was to build a company capable of creating value over the long term. He said the company aimed to earn greater trust with each passing year.

In an exclusive interview with The North News, Samarth Jaiswal and his wife, Ishani Mehta Jaiswal, discussed Omara’s journey, growth plans and future goals.

The Managing Director credited his family for supporting the company’s journey. He thanked his parents, parents-in-law, wife Ishani and children Mayara and Ranjit for their support and sacrifices. He also acknowledged employees for their contribution to the company’s growth.

Looking ahead, he said Omara planned to establish its presence across every Tier-1 city in India within three years. He said the expansion would focus on introducing the Omara experience to new markets, strengthening client relationships and building the brand.

The company also planned to invest in collections, design capabilities, people, technology, systems and customer experience, he said.

The Managing Director said the broader objective was to build Omara as a distinctive and enduring jewellery brand known not only for its products but also for the experience, trust and relationships associated with its name.

He said the company would pursue growth while maintaining quality, integrity and a long-term approach. He added that the BSE listing provided Omara with a larger platform as well as greater responsibility.
